And at the absolute center of it all was Madeleine Hayes-Falcone, serving as Chief Executive Officer alongside her husband, Lorenzo.
In the sprawling penthouse office overlooking the glittering Chicago skyline, Madeleine sat behind her mahogany desk, reviewing a digital quarterly report on her tablet.
